We have vacationed the last 6 years on 30a...99 Sandy Shores Court has been our favorite for many reasons and we would highly recommend it to others... we as the grandparents take our 3 married children and grandchildren...wonderful for all of the adult couples to have their own room with king or queen bed and private bathroom...bunk rooms close for the little ones or older..the gated street is located minutes from Rosemary..shopping, restaurants, and entertainment a leisurely walk or bike ride away..the home provides 4 bikes...and the gate from the homes private heated infiniti pool goes right out to the boardwalk ..such great access to the private beach ...the kitchen has everything you would need if you choose to dine in or grill...and the home owners are wonderful and a joy to work with...our children would vote this home their favorite...and we agree...a great place to make lasting memories!

Our family of 11 spent a week at 99 Sandy Shores and found this home to be perfect for our vacation. The location was within walking distance to shops (the children loved the donut truck and the Sugar Shack!) , restaurants and of course, the beautiful beach. The infinity pool was enjoyed by everyone. There was plenty of room and the house was so well equipped with appliances, games (ping pong table, xbox, etc.), pool and beach toys, bikes, and beach chairs and umbrellas. The 3 king beds, 1 queen and 6 bunk beds were very comfortable and the linens were of top quality. We had family pictures taken on the beach with a beautiful sunset in the background. Our fond memories of 99 Sandy Shores will be remembered for years to come. The Taylors were wonderful to work with and easy to contact. We had two minor incidents that were promptly taken care. I highly recommend this property for family gatherings. The house is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We hope that our family has the opportunity to return to this wonderful beach home in the near future.

This house is amazing!!! They had everything you would need, very clean, pool area was great, and a short walk to the beach. The owners were such a joy to deal with. Definitely will go back!!!

The location, the home, and the owners make it impossible to not have a great vacation. After visiting the Emerald Coast for more that 15 years, it is easily the finest location that we have stayed.

We were lucky to see the "Supermoon" the weekend we arrived. The views were spectacular from the beach.



Our two-year-old loved the water, the yard and the freedom to roam around and explore the toys upstairs. My parents enjoyed reading and taking early morning walks. And my husband and I spent afternoons in the beautiful ocean. Everyone we met everywhere we went was so friendly.

Fantastic gulf front home! Home worked very well for my entire family and was extremely welcoming. The Taylors go above and beyond to make you feel home. The home was exactly as described and very clean and well kept. We would absolutely recommend this rental to everyone and anyone. We have been to the region multiple times and this is the best rental so far. Thank you, again! We will definitely be back!!

We would highly recommend this vacation property! Everything was SO clean, fresh, comfortable, and much attention has been given to details to make the stay enjoyable and convenient! This home was very well equiped to cook family meals, beautifully decorated, child friendly, and easy access to the beach! We watched pods of dolphins 2 mornings from the balcony! The private sitting area out above the beach was so nice as well. The location of this home is between 2 of the best locations on 30A in our opinion (Rosemary and Alys Beaches)The beach was not overcrowded. About a 3-4 mile drive to Publix & WinnDixie (grocery & pharmacy stores) We just cannot say enough good/positive things about 'Sur La Mer'! This will be a vacation we will not ever forget!
